The Help section could be more of a useful resource for customers and perusers. Add new/updated entries in FAQ, helpful tutorials, further explanation about licensing and embedding, etc.

When I print my document, the font I use is substituted by Courier (or something else). Why is this?
If the device you are printing to does not support the font, it may substitute another font.
In Windows, this default setting for Truetype Font is Substitute with Device Font
This can be changed under Printer Properties, Printing Preferences, Advanced. UNder Graphic, change TrueType Font setting to Download as Softfont.

Can I install fonts on my PDA running Windows CE?
To install ttf fonts on Windows CE 4.2 Pocket PC 2000/Windows Mobile 2000 or later, simply copy the font in to the Windows > Fonts.
